The team includes nurses, nurse practitioners and aestheticians who see patients of many ages and backgrounds. Treatment plans are developed individually for each client. Neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments begin with a provider consultation, and a free consultation is offered to plan filler treatment and choose a product. Anyone seeking help with thinning hair or hair loss can have a free consultation with a medical provider. Photographs are taken before, during and after medical treatments for records and training, and they are shared without client names.

Facials use medical grade skin care from Jan Marini, which the practice describes as clinically studied. The facial menu runs from a 30-minute back facial to a 60-minute custom medical grade facial, and includes teen-focused and dermaplaning options. Hydrafacials come in Signature, Custom and Elite versions, with LED therapy and boosters added in the longer sessions. Chemical peels range from no-downtime options to moderate and deep peels, and peels are recommended as a series spaced several weeks apart. Scalp therapy is offered as a standalone treatment, a longer custom session, or combined with a facial or Hydrafacial, and the scalp products are sulfate free. Many treatment products can also be bought for home use.

Policies to know before booking: arrival on time is expected, with late arrivals over 15 minutes possibly treated as no-shows. Cancellations or changes need at least 72 hours notice, and a card must be kept on file. Products bought in the office are not refundable, and the practice does not guarantee results from any service or product. Appointments can be changed through the patient portal, the booking link, or by calling or texting.

Treatment plans are built individually for each client, with a focus on education, personalized care and natural-looking results.
