The studio was founded by Catrina Tansey, who serves as its Master Artist. It describes itself as having served clients for more than 30 years, says it has performed over 20,000 treatments, and calls itself award-winning. These are the studio's own claims.

The studio works by appointment. It is open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 7:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm, and it is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. Appointments can be booked online, and parking on site is free. Permanent makeup is planned as two appointments about four to ten weeks apart, with the follow-up booked on the same day. Before booking, clients can take an in-person or virtual assessment to talk through their options. A booking fee is charged at the time of booking to hold a spot. It is non-refundable, non-transferable and not credited toward the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice. Payment plans are offered, including Affirm and CareCredit financing over six or twelve months. Prices can change without notice.

Permanent makeup covers brows, eyeliner and lips. Brow options include microblading, microshading powder brows, combo brows and nano brows for clients who have no existing permanent makeup. Returning OM Spa clients can get a color boost, and brows that were worked on by another artist can be restored. Eyeliner options range from lash-line enhancement to designed thick, winged or smoky upper liner. Lip services include lip blush, lip liner with partial shading, and melanin-rich lip neutralization. Corrections and removal are offered as well. Non-laser removal uses a saline-based method, with a LIFT saline solution for unwanted permanent makeup and a Rejuvi remover for body tattoos.

Paramedical work includes scar camouflage, inkless stretch mark camouflage, vitiligo camouflage, belly button and toe nail tattoos, and areola nipple 3D tattoos for people who decide against nipple surgery. Scalp micropigmentation, beard micropigmentation, hairline tattoos and body hair tattoos are also offered. Clients who are considering these services are asked to review pre- and aftercare instructions, because some appointments have contraindications that need preparation first. Clients must be 18 or older for tattoo services, and the studio can refuse a tattoo service.

For skin, the studio offers skincare consultations, which can be done in person or virtually, along with personalized plans, chemical peels, microchanneling and microneedling (also called collagen induction therapy), treatments for acne scars and hyperpigmentation, and fibroblast pen firming. PROCELL microchanneling is available. The academy runs permanent makeup, microblading and scalp micropigmentation training, including small-group microblading classes with live models and a 2-day and 3-day scalp micropigmentation course. Prospective students can book a 20-minute Zoom discovery call or a 30-minute academy tour.

Aims for natural-looking results rather than looks that feel artificial or overdone, with recommendations shaped around each client's own features.
