Lash extensions run from classic sets through hybrid and volume styles. A free lash consultation with a licensed esthetician helps clients choose a style and includes an allergy patch test. According to the salon, its extensions use premium materials and gentle application. Lash lifts, lash tints and mascara removal are also offered.

Brow services include tinting, waxing and tweezing, brow lamination, NanoBlading, and ombre powder brows, with brow design and brow maintenance for shaping. Permanent makeup covers microblading, NanoBlading, lip blushing, permanent eyeliner and touch-ups, and a free permanent makeup consultation covers the main options. Touch-ups are for clients whose first procedure was done at the salon.

Facials use Dermalogica and Esthemax professional products along with esthetician-selected K-beauty products. The anti-aging facial adds hydro dermabrasion, microcurrent and LED light therapy. The head spa menu has three treatments, from a one-hour detox to a longer signature session with lymphatic massage and a back massage on a head spa bed.

Lash extension services are non-refundable, but the salon offers a complimentary fix if approximately 30% or more of a set falls out within 72 hours. Fix requests must be made within that window, may require an in-person lash check, cover only the original service, and are not transferable. Excess loss from oil-based products around the eyes may not qualify. The salon publishes a refund policy, sells beauty products and gift cards online, and offers training from its lash masters.
