The stated mission is an elevated luxury experience for guests who want to indulge in beauty and self-care. The salon describes its visits as an everyday luxury salon spa experience. Complimentary tea, coffee, water and juice are offered to all clients, and selected alcoholic drinks such as champagne, mimosas, red and white wine are available. Facials include three HydraFacial levels: the Signature at $199, the Deluxe at $250 with a customized booster serum and LED light therapy, and the Platinum at $300, which begins with lymphatic drainage. Peel-based facials and a men's and teen's facial are also listed. For lashes, Korean lash lifts are $145 and last about 6 to 8 weeks, and extension sets come in classic, volume, hybrid and mega volume styles. Brow options include lamination, tinting, microblading and ombre powder brows at $600 each, with one complimentary touch-up 4 to 8 weeks after application. Lash refills need at least 50% retention of the previous set; below that a refresh set is needed, and consultations are complimentary.

At Old City, hair services include men's cuts from $65, women's cuts from $85, single process color from $80, and full highlights or balayage from $250. Hair extensions are offered as invisible bead or hand-tied, chosen after a consultation that is credited $50 toward the service. Smyle teeth whitening is a 25-minute session at $100, and makeup for special occasions starts at $180 with bridal makeup at $450, priced by artist. Bridal party packages plan the spa and nail experience for the bride and her party, and wedding services include day-of hair, makeup, nails, spa pedicures, lashes and brows. Group packages suit self-care days out together.
