A first visit can begin with a complimentary consultation with Maurice Tannenbaum, who talks through the client's look and needs and recommends a stylist. Clients who already have a favorite stylist can book that stylist directly.

Hair services cover blow-outs and blow dries, cuts and styling for women, men and children, highlights, lowlights and color, thermal hair relaxing, healing scalp treatments and extensions. Makeup work includes special occasion looks and complete bridal hair and makeup, and facial waxing is also offered.

Color is custom-blended for each client by combining hues and formulations, using an ammonia-free color made in Italy that is supplied only to the salon. Extensions are Balmain Paris human hair in 10, 16 and 22 inch lengths. They can be custom cut and color matched from 18 Balmain shades, and shades can be blended. According to the salon, a full head can be applied in about an hour and a half, and extensions can be used in place of highlights so the client's own hair does not need bleaching.

The salon also makes custom hair pieces for clients experiencing hair loss, charged at the cost of the wig. It carries Onestà hair products, which the salon describes as made with naturally derived ingredients.

Each client is matched with a stylist after a consultation, and color and extensions are tailored to the individual.
