Head spa is the core of the menu, with three main packages and a shorter option. Head Spa Express runs 45 minutes at $69 and covers a scalp massage, deep cleansing shampoo, conditioning, and a warm towel. Head Spa Signature runs 60 minutes at $99 and adds a double shampoo, a water-circulation dome, a gentle face wash, a face mask, and a quick blow dry. Head Spa Deluxe runs 75 minutes at $129 and is the most extensive, with a herbal abdominal and leg compress, essential oil steam, facial cleanse and exfoliation, face and ear massage, a jelly peel-off mask, digital scalp analysis, scalp exfoliation, shoulder, neck and nape massage, hot towel neck therapy, a nourishing hair spray, and biotin and collagen care. Head Spa VIP runs 90 minutes at $139 and gives more massage time and extra care beyond the Signature service. Head spa add-ons start at $15 and take at least 10 minutes. A $20 surcharge applies to head spa services for hair that reaches the middle of the back or longer.

Lash services range from natural-looking options to fuller looks. Classic extensions place one extension on each natural lash, starting at $49 and taking 30 minutes or more. Classic Wispy uses varied lengths and spikes, starting at $59. YY extensions use a split-tip design, also starting at $59. Hybrid extensions blend classic lashes with light volume fans, starting at $69. Hybrid Wispy combines classic lashes with volume fans, starting at $79. Volume extensions use handmade fans from 2D to 6D, starting at $79. Mega Volume uses fans from 8D to 16D, starting at $99 and taking at least an hour. Lash lift and tint curls natural lashes and adds a tint, starting at $30. Lash removal is $25 and takes 15 minutes, and a bottom lash service is $45 and takes 20 minutes.

Beyond lashes and head spa, the studio offers skin care facials, waxing, brows, and a lip service. Basic Skin Care is a 60-minute facial at $99 with cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions when needed, facial massage, and a customized mask. Signature Facial is a 75-minute facial at $129 that adds a double cleanse, a tailored mask, and a face, neck and shoulder massage. Waxing is available for eyebrows, chin, lip, and full face, with full face taking about 40 minutes. A lip service is priced at $550 and takes 180 minutes, with a $50 deposit.

Booking policies are set out clearly. A $30 deposit is required for head spa and facial appointments. Cancellations need at least 12 hours' notice; later cancellations incur a service fee of 30% of the total service price. Clients who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their appointment time are treated as no-shows and charged the same 30% fee, and may be asked to prepay deposits for future bookings. Before head spa visits, clients are asked to come without makeup and to remove jewelry. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $99, and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
