The medical side of the menu includes physician-supervised advanced treatments, such as microneedling paired with serums, electroporation, and PDRN-based regenerative therapy, which the business says is uncommon among Michigan medical spas. Non-surgical facelift series use radiofrequency tightening, microneedling with exosomes or PDRN, and peptide applications. Physician-supervised hormone therapy is offered, along with a medically supervised weight loss program that includes nutritional counseling, metabolism work, prescription medication when appropriate, and vitamin and fat-burning injections. A physician-led peptide consultation gives access to more than 50 peptides, with a review of safety, dosing and expected outcomes.

Facials range from classic treatments and seasonal pumpkin and rose gold options to HydraFacial MD, with booster add-ons and peel options. The K-Beauty menu draws on snail mucin, fermented essences, centella asiatica, hyaluronic acid, PDRN and Korean red ginseng, and those facials are performed by licensed medical aestheticians. Laser and radiofrequency services cover fractional, radiofrequency microneedling and tech neck work, and full body LED light therapy is available as a standalone session or added to a facial or massage at booking.

Body services include several massage styles, among them Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, couples, cupping, lymphatic drainage and VibroAcoustic sessions. Raindrop Therapy uses Young Living therapeutic grade essential oils. Manicures and pedicures use premium products and include a seasonal deluxe range.

A visit starts with a complimentary consultation to assess skin and suggest treatment. Guests can arrive early to use the lounge, which serves tea and light refreshments, and lockers are provided on arrival. Parking is available. Online booking requests are confirmed by the front desk, and appointments are held with a credit card. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Group bookings take a 50% deposit, and exclusive use of the spa is available by inquiry.

Advanced medical spa treatments are physician-supervised, and treatment plans are customized to each client's skin goals.

Treatment rooms are tranquil and Asian-inspired, with private rooms and a relaxed lounge for arriving early.
