Before and after a session, clients are asked to avoid sugar for two hours and to stay hydrated; they should also skip workouts for two hours beforehand. Morpheus 8 is a minimally invasive treatment for the body, face and neck that remodels collagen and targets fat; clients may notice redness like a sunburn and some peeling or crusting for a few days.

IV drip therapy is given in an IV lounge and is administered and monitored by a medical professional. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are treated as missed appointments and cannot be guaranteed, and repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may limit future bookings.
