Color is the largest part of the menu. Custom blonding is offered for dramatic dark-to-light changes after a consultation, and toner is available as a standalone service between foiling appointments. Vivid and complex color placements, touch ups for new growth and gray coverage, and all-over single-process color are also offered. Foil work includes mini foils with up to 12 custom placed pieces, full foils for maximum blonde coverage, partial foils for subtler dimension, and platinum retouch with toner for solid blonde outgrowth. Color correction is available for hair previously colored with box dye or other nonprofessional products, and starts with a test strand and consultation. Most foil services include K18 pre and post treatment, a balancing gloss, a moisturizing treatment and a blowout.

Cuts include adult haircuts with a shampoo, moisturizing treatment and blowout, clipper cuts, kids' cuts with clippers or scissors, and a scissors-only kids' cut with styling. Bang and neck trims maintain an existing shape but do not reshape bangs into an existing cut. Extension services include JZ beaded weft rows and JZ unseen bead rows, slice strand maintenance priced per row of 10-inch units, and removal for clients who are taking a break and will not replace their extensions. Scalp and hair treatments include The Awaken Ritual in a full and mini size, a K18 treatment as a standalone service, detangling for moderately to extremely matted hair, blowouts and updos.

Booking is by deposit, and most services have a deposit of $5 to $75 depending on the service. The appointment time is released if the deposit is not received within 24 hours of booking. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, and less notice forfeits the deposit. No-shows are charged 50% of the total booked services. Arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a $10 late fee, and arriving more than 20 minutes late may shorten or reschedule the service. Remaining balances are due at the end of the appointment. Clients who are not satisfied can contact the stylist within 7 days for an adjustment, though refunds are not given for completed services. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment.
