Feeling This Hair operates as a one-on-one salon suite inside the MySalon suites building at 2715 Main St in Highland, Indiana, in Room 207. Each appointment is a private visit with the stylist rather than a shared salon floor.

To reach the suite, guests use a keypad at the building's second locked door and enter 207, then ring the bell so the stylist can open the door remotely. The suite sits at the end of the hallway on the right. Guests who arrive early wait in the lobby until the stylist can collect them, and guests are asked not to hold the door open for others or follow someone through it.

New guests fill out a digital consultation form before their first appointment. Requests are usually seen within two to three weeks, and guests with limited availability may wait up to 12 weeks. The first in-salon visit opens with a 15-minute full consultation. Anyone who has gone more than nine months without a service is asked to book again as a new guest.

Services are organized into cutting and styling, add-ons and treatments, traditional color, lived-in color, blonding, corrective and transformative color, fashion color, and New Guest packages. The New Guest packages bundle a consultation with a haircut, color or both, and the largest of them, Feeling Transformed, is a six-hour block for color correction with a maintenance plan and further sessions booked as needed. Extra time for that package can be added at $50 per hour.
