Haircuts are booked by the length a client's hair is now, not the length they hope to reach. Perms are only done on hair that has not been bleached, so clients are asked to send a message before booking one. Formal upstyles need clean, dry hair, and a required updo trial before a wedding day lets clients test the look and talk through veils and headpieces.

Color work includes root retouching, foil highlights, and balayage with teasy lights and detailed blonding. Waxing is limited to lip and brow services, and the brow wax uses a formula made for sensitive skin, followed by aloe.

Services are planned around each client's current hair length, and bookings reflect what each service needs, such as clean, dry hair for updos.
