Facials are the core of the menu. New clients often start with a free 15-minute skin analysis and consult, done without make-up, or with the Customized Facial at $75 for 60 minutes, which is suited to all skin types and concerns. Teens 17 and under can book the Customized Facial, with a parent present. The Olive Tree Facial, at $99 for 90 minutes, is tailored to each client and includes a double cleanse, custom masques and massage; the business calls it a luxury customized treatment. A custom chemical peel at $129 for 75 minutes is available to returning clients and is aimed at acne, scarring, pigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, and sun damage.

Other facial options include HydroFacial at $149 for 60 minutes, which uses hydrodermabrasion with oxygen and water and includes a double cleanse; Diamond Dermabrasion at $149, using diamond-coated tips and vacuum suction; a radio frequency face lift at $149 for 60 minutes with no downtime; and an Oxygenating Facial at $149, which infuses the skin with oxygen and water-based serums chosen by skin type. LED Light Therapy is $75 for 30 minutes and can also be added to any facial for $30.

Waxing for face and body, lash and brow services, and add-ons are offered alongside the facials, along with Men's Facials at Barbershop. Appointments are booked online through GlossGenius, and clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, after approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 11:30 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. The lounge is closed on Fridays and Sundays.
