Each visit starts with a conversation about the client's skin and goals. After that comes a facial and a customized treatment plan, with every facial adjusted to what the skin needs. The business describes its facials as results-oriented and states that they will not flare acne conditions.

Technology plays a large part in the treatment menu. Celluma LED light therapy and microcurrent devices are used in certain facials. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, stomach and bikini area. Epiladerm, an enzymatic gel applied after waxing, can be added to many services; it is painless and is meant to reduce hair regrowth over time. The business states that Epiladerm reduces regrowth by about 25% after three months, 40% after six months and 42.5% after nine months. Epiladerm cannot be applied in the same visit as a facial or massage, and the treated area should not be showered on or have products applied for two to three hours afterward.

Monthly memberships include one facial per month: Balancing, Rejuvenation or Illumination, or Transformation. Members receive 10% off waxing, waxing with Epiladerm, tinting and other additional services, and 5% off retail products bought during the month. The membership fee is charged to the card on file on the first of each month, unused facials remain on the account while the membership is active, and memberships have a three-month minimum. Early termination costs a $50 fee, and cancellation needs 14 days of written notice emailed to the spa. Memberships, facials and membership discounts cannot be transferred.
