The studio's skincare line, The Kroh Skincare Collection, was developed with a chemist, and Debbie Kroh is its creative director.

Visits begin with a conversation. The Founder's Consultation is a 30-minute one-on-one session, held in person or by Zoom or FaceTime, that covers skin, brows and lashes and ends with a curated plan. Facials are built during the appointment around what the skin looks like that day and the client's goals, and treatments are customized to each client, sometimes with LED therapy or microchanneling where clinically appropriate. Microfeathering and brow pigment removal both start with a consultation.

The studio is known for brow work, including microfeathering, a fine-stroke brow enhancement with natural shading, and LiFT saline removal of brow microblading. Its facial menu includes BioRePeel Blue peels for the face, neck and décolleté, with a version that adds NextGen PDRN+, and The Edit by Kroh, a longer custom facial. Lash services include YUMI lash lifts, lash tints, extensions and temporary strip or individual lashes. Event and bridal-style makeup and makeup lessons are also offered, along with waxing and curated combination appointments.

Each treatment is tailored to the client's skin and goals, and a consultation comes before the more involved brow and pigment services.
