Debbie Kroh

Debbie Kroh is the founder of Kroh Beauty and works there as an aesthetician. She is also the creative director of The Kroh Skincare Collection, and is a Master Brow and Lash Artist. She has 20 years of experience in aesthetics.

Her path into the field began with returning to cosmetology school before moving into aesthetics. Her first aesthetics job was with a Beverly Hills celebrity aesthetician, and she later worked at facial spas in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Her brow, lash and makeup skills were developed while she worked at Benefit Cosmetics.

Her work covers brows, lashes, facials, skincare and makeup, and she counsels clients on custom beauty plans. She works extensively with sensitive, reactive, complex and acne-prone skin. She approaches brow shaping as facial architecture, based on bone structure, growth pattern, natural density and goals, and microfeathering, her signature brow technique, leaves a soft, natural result with space between strokes. She offers lash lifts for clients who want a natural, low-maintenance look, and creates each facial in real time. Clients who have had microblading with another artist are asked to book a consultation first.
