Laser hair removal is a major part of the menu. The spa uses three different laser hair removal machines and prices by area size, and clients can combine as many areas as they like. Small areas such as the lip, chin, sideburns, hands and feet take about five minutes. Medium areas, including underarms, bikini, face, neck and half arms, take about ten. Large areas such as Brazilian, half legs, full arms, chest and abdomen take about twenty minutes, and the extra-large group, covering full legs, full back and the chest and abdomen together, runs 35 to 45 minutes. A $50 consultation sets the price based on the areas chosen. Plans are Starter with six sessions, Complete with twelve, and Ultimate Full Body with twelve full-body sessions, spaced every six to eight weeks. The site says the work is commonly requested for bikini, underarm and face areas for women, and for face, neck, shoulders and back for men. It also lists ingrown hairs, shaving irritation and hair infections among the concerns addressed, and says treatment can reduce how often shaving or waxing is needed.

Laser facials and skin treatments are aimed at signs of skin damage such as scars, enlarged pores, stretch marks, wrinkles, rosacea and other texture concerns. The menu includes Venus Viva, Venus Legacy facial, Venus Versa IPL, a Venus Versa AC Dual acne treatment, Laser Genesis, TETRA CO2 fractional laser, CoolPeel CO2 laser, and GentleLase and Gentle Max Pro lasers. Facial treatments include a mini peel, an advanced chemical peel for established clients, a MandeliClear peel for returning clients, microneedling, dermaplaning, extractions and wrinkle and acne specialty work. Every facial starts with a complete skin analysis.

Body contouring is non-surgical and uses Venus Legacy RF and SmoothShapes XV for fat reduction, cellulite reduction and skin tightening. Venus Legacy RF pricing is given at consultation.

The salon is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and closed on Sundays. It says it will beat any competitor's price for the same treated areas and number of sessions. One reschedule is free when clients give at least 24 hours' notice; a later change costs $50. Cancellations made within 24 hours are billed the full treatment price or $50, and that charge can be settled with a Groupon, a gift certificate or a credit card. Zero-percent financing for up to 24 months is offered through Cherry, and approval depends on a credit review.

Facial treatments are described as holistic, aimed at healthy skin. The business says its laser facials and skin treatments are built around personalized care and modern technology.
