The Tualatin center is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 8:30pm, Saturday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Sunday from 10:00am to 5:30pm, at (503) 342-2043. Walk-ins are accepted at Tualatin when time allows, with facial waxing noted specifically, though booking is recommended to secure a preferred time. Appointments run about 10 to 15 minutes for eyebrow or lip, 15 to 30 minutes for bikini or Brazilian, and 45 minutes to an hour for full body. A cancellation or no-show within 24 hours of a reservation may be charged half the scheduled service's total price. Prices can vary by location and change without notice, and exclude sales tax where applicable.

Ahead of an appointment, the salon wants hair trimmed to roughly a quarter inch, and first-time guests are asked to stop shaving at least two weeks beforehand. Gentle exfoliation one to two days before the visit is recommended, and for facial waxing, retinoids and acids that exfoliate should be paused for two days in advance. Tanning, alcohol and heavy caffeine are best avoided before a session, and guests should inform the specialist about any medications they take. The salon advises against waxing over sunburn, rashes, cuts or broken skin. Afterward, guests are asked to hold off on hot showers, baths, saunas, swimming, snug clothing and intense workouts for a full day. According to the salon, body and bikini waxing typically lasts three to four weeks, while brow and lip results last about three weeks, so it suggests booking a return visit every three to four weeks to keep results steady.

Waxing is done with Comfort Wax, which is applied in the direction of hair growth. The business describes the wax as formulated for sensitive areas and for all skin types. Brazilian waxing removes the wax without cloth strips to reduce discomfort. It also reports a 4.8-star average from 755 guest reviews on its location page.

Beyond the service room, the company sells its own line of skin and beauty products, the EWC GROOM collection, which includes a Brow Building Serum for use between brow visits, and EWC Treat aftercare products.
