It also calls itself a Center of Excellence and a training site for leading medical brands.

The center treats anti-aging as a long-term, systematic process. It focuses on internal drivers it names as oxidation, glycation and inflammation, and holds that lasting results come from improving overall health and regenerative physiology first. Each plan starts with a physician consultation and is built as a 360-degree program across three phases: restoring and correcting, preventing and preserving, and empowering and sustaining. Dr. Maxwell Jen develops and oversees the treatment protocols.

A visit typically begins with the $199 initial consultation, which is paid in advance to secure an appointment. The fee is non-refundable, and the center says it donates the full amount to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. It can be applied to a medical treatment package bought within one month, excluding promotional packages. Clinic hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice for a refund, time changes need 24 hours' notice, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show.

Beyond its core menu, the center lists mesotherapy, a pigmentation treatment program and a program called Acne Bootcamp. Payment over time is available through Cherry, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility and no hard credit checks.
