Dr. Maxwell Jen, MD, MBA

Dr. Maxwell Jen, MD, is the founder and medical director of OHMI Anti-Aging Center, where he specializes in regenerative anti-aging and medical wellness. He is board-certified in regenerative medicine, obesity medicine, emergency medicine and clinical informatics, and is quadruple board-certified. He leads each consultation and creates every customized treatment plan.

His training began with a bachelor's degree at UC Berkeley, followed by a medical degree at UC San Francisco and a master's degree at UCLA. He completed residency and fellowship training at UCI, where he served as chief resident and was named resident of the year in his program. He previously held roles at the University of California as assistant professor, medical director, associate fellowship director and technology advisor, and has worked as a practicing physician with Kaiser Permanente. He received multiple University of California awards, including for outstanding educator and for exceptional patient satisfaction.

He works as a Key Opinion Leader and National Trainer for Fotona, REJURAN and EndyMed, and serves on the medical advisory board for Fotona and REJURAN. He is a regularly invited speaker for EndyMed, Lumenis and AGNES, and has spoken at the 2025 4S Summit, the 2025 American MedSpa Association meeting, the 2024 A4M LongevityFest, the 2024 PromoItalia Summit, the 2023 South Beach Symposium and the 2021 Lumines Aesthetic Mastery.

As an educator and advisor to physicians and healthcare providers, he hosts students, nurses and other clinical learners at his Orange County practice and speaks regularly on medical technology advances, safety and techniques. He is a 2025 Forbes Business Council member and has written a Forbes.com article aimed at med spa providers.
