The color menu covers root touch-ups, with or without a gloss or tone on the ends, all-over color from root to ends, partial and full highlights, and hand-painted balayage. Full highlights are toned all over. Olaplex add-ons can be added to color and highlight services, and extra product cost may apply to several color services.

Haircut options run from children's cuts for ages 10 and under and teen cuts for ages 10 to 19, through clipper cuts that use fading techniques, to short and long length cuts. Make-over haircuts include a Transformational Cut that removes 5 inches or more and a Donation Cut that removes 8 inches or more. A curl haircut includes a wash, deep conditioning treatment and trim. Beard, mustache or neck detail is also available.

Other services include braids (mini braids, and French or Dutch braids with a hair wash included), basic and spiral perms, blowouts and several styling options, from a simple wash and blow dry up to formal updos. Perms are offered to clients 18 and older, or to ages 16 and 17 with signed parental consent. Eyebrow shaping is available as a waxing service. Gift cards can be bought online in set amounts or a custom amount, sent to one person or pooled by a group, and reloaded and checked online.
