New clients book by calling for a consultation, and the first visit is a free 30-minute conversation about hair questions, goals and budget. Returning clients can book online. The salon is currently accepting new clients. Color services are booked with a $25 deposit, and color correction needs a $50 deposit and a consultation before booking.

Pricing is listed as starting points, so the final cost depends on the service. Haircuts and chemical services include a wash and style, and the price stays the same if a client skips it. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late forfeit the blow dry and style or need to reschedule. After two no-shows or last-minute changes, a card must be kept on file and half the service is charged. Chemical services and haircuts are final sale, and refunds are not offered, though a correction may be.

Payments by card carry a 3.6% processing fee, and no pay-later option is offered. Gift cards are available. Children are welcome, and the salon expects respectful behavior; a child who has an excessive crying spell or tantrum may have the service stopped and be charged 50% to 100% of it. The salon reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

Hours are Wednesday 11 AM to 6 PM, Thursday and Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM. The salon is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Military and veterans receive $5 off haircuts and 10% off chemical services.
