Lash extensions come in three styles. Classic sets place a single extension on each natural lash in a range of curls and thicknesses. Hybrid sets mix classic and volume extensions for a textured look, and are the studio's best seller. Volume sets use lighter, handmade extensions designed individually for each client. Fills are booked every two to three weeks, and the studio offers two- and three-week fills in each style, plus an upgrade from classic or hybrid to volume. Fills for lashes applied by another technician are offered when at least 40 percent of the extensions remain; otherwise the full set price applies. The studio states that its extension methods do not damage natural lashes.

Brow services include shaping with stray hair removed by waxing or tweezing, tinting, and brow lamination using European products that do not contain ammonia. The Brow Lamination Combo pairs lamination, shaping and tinting in one visit and is a best seller. Lash lifts are offered alone or with a tint, and the studio notes that lift results last up to 60 days depending on hair growth, with tint lasting up to 30 days. Permanent jewelry is offered alongside the lash and beauty services, in 18k gold-plated chains or silver stainless steel rhodium-plated chains.

Before a lash appointment, clients are asked to avoid oily products around the eyes for 24 hours and to arrive without eye makeup. Aftercare asks clients to skip hot showers, saunas and steam rooms for the first 24 hours, to wash lashes after 48 hours and cleanse daily, to brush lashes each day, and to avoid curlers, perms and tints on extensions. The studio sells a lash and eyebrow cleansing detox mousse, makeup removers and lash shampoo. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50 percent of the reserved services. Cards, checks and cash are accepted, with a 3 percent processing fee on card payments.

The studio also teaches lash and brow courses in Beaverton, with classes capped at four students. Courses include a full lash extensions course, a foundational classic course, volume and upgrade lash art courses, a lash lift course, and a brow lamination and architecture course, each with a certificate. Private one-on-one training is available on request, with flexible payment plans. The training page says course kits are valued at $300 or more and that courses follow European and worldwide lashing standards.
