The menu is built around hard gel. The signature hard gel manicure includes removing previous product, refining the cuticles and sculpting hard gel on the nails, with one solid color. Nail art is priced separately, so clients who want a design add one of the art tiers or a French, chrome or ombre finish to the base service.

The salon offers hard gel extensions as a way to add nail length without using tips or acrylic. The service is built on European hard gel, and each appointment covers nail prep, cuticle care and shaping. Nail art is not part of the base service and has to be added on top.

Nail art is sorted into four tiers by complexity and time, from simple hand-painted dots or minimalist line work up to highly detailed custom pieces with intricate hand-painting, layering, mixed media effects and 3D elements. Cat eye and magnet gels fall under the first tier.

The salon also offers a nail repair service for fixing a damaged nail. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 50% of the booked service, and no-shows are charged the full booked amount.
