Every service includes a scalp spa ritual, and the studio also offers a range of cuts, extensions, perms and smoothing treatments.

New clients begin by completing a New Client Form that describes their hair goals before booking. Color services start with a free 15-minute consultation. Refresh the Mane is reserved for existing clients, so newcomers usually book the Full Mane or Manetain the Mane for a first visit. Color correction and tape-in extensions also follow a consultation, and the Mane Transformation needs a consultation and a strand test first when hair is currently red or black. Clean hair is recommended before any color appointment.

Blonding and color upkeep are scheduled around how fast the color grows out. Partial Blonding is a lower-maintenance option, typically revisited every six to eight weeks, while Full Blonding is recommended two to three times a year. Root touch-ups are suggested every four to six weeks. Color correction is charged at $125 an hour and can take up to eight hours.

Smoothing and styling are also on the menu. The Pro Addiction treatment is a permanent smoothing and straightening service, starting at $350 and going up to $450; the business describes it as non-toxic and formaldehyde-free. Perms, starting at $180, can add volume or texture or soften curls, and The Mane Shampoo and Style gives a blow-dried, brushed finish.
