The color menu runs from quick toner refreshes and root touch-ups to foil highlights, balayage, color melts and full bleach-and-tone services. Each service lists its time and price. The Not Sure What I Need option is a 140-minute consultation that gives a price breakdown and time for the goal color. A free 15-minute consultation is also available to talk through expectations or questions before booking.

Tape-in extensions use 100% human hair to add volume and length. A consultation is required first, and previously placed tapes can be refreshed with a re-tape and install. The studio also offers women's cuts with or without a wash, a children's cut for kids under 12, conditioning treatments, a three-step Olaplex bonding treatment and waxing.

The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Thursday through Sunday. Cancellations with no fee are accepted if the salon is told before the appointment. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead can go through the booking site, while later ones need a call to the salon. A no-show is charged 50% of the appointment cost, applied toward rescheduling.

The studio approaches color as healthy and handcrafted, working within the Davines line.
