Kaylene Mackay and Lora Wallin opened the salon together and co-own it. Kaylene is a colorist and has about ten years of hair care experience, and Lora works as a stylist and lash artist. Each stylist is independent and sets their own policies within the salon's general framework.

Color is a large part of the menu, from glossing treatments and single-process root touchups to all-over color, partial and full highlights, and partial and full balayage with custom color. Haircuts are offered for men and women, with extra time available for long or thick hair. Blowouts are available on their own or included with the Malibu and deep conditioning treatment.

Lash services include lash extensions, with 2 week and 3 week fills, mini fills and full sets. The salon rents lash chairs to licensed lash technicians. Brow waxing, lip waxing and a combined brow and lip wax are also on the menu.

Across the road is a sizeable lot, and there is also parking at the rear of the building on Court Street.

Stylists work independently, each setting their own policies within the salon's general framework.

The space is designed as a calm place for clients to relax and unwind.
