Head spa packages make up the core of the menu, labeled A through D. Each one opens with a scalp analysis and closes with a before-and-after comparison, and all include deep cleansing, waterfall hydrotherapy and nano steam. Every head spa bed is fitted with a waterfall rinse arch that keeps warm water moving steadily over the scalp. Higher packages add longer massage across the hands, arms, neck, shoulders and head, plus a phototherapy meridian comb and high frequency ozone comb therapy. The top package also extends massage to the back, arms and legs and uses hot stones. Package D is the 60-minute base session at $156 regular or $78 at the member rate. Package A, the longest, is $276 regular or $138 for members.

The facials build on a customized base that includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, steam, facial massage and a customized mask, with one skin solution chosen from hydrating, brightening or anti-aging. The Jade Gua Sha Facial adds jade gua sha and facial sculpting to those steps, and the studio says it is meant to improve circulation and lift facial contours. The Luxury Facial adds an aqua peel and LED light therapy, which uses visible red and blue light with no ultraviolet and includes goggles during that step. The Myofascial Facial Lifting focuses on lymphatic drainage and myofascial lifting instead of a skin solution. The studio advises against gua sha for active breakouts, broken or sunburned skin, or recent injections or procedures until the skin has settled or healed.

Pain relief massage and Swedish massage round out the menu. The pain relief options include a targeted session on one problem area, a full-body massage, a sports recovery massage and a device-assisted Quan Tong therapy offered in 45- or 90-minute sessions. The Swedish massage is a 60-minute session with hot stones included. The studio states that its services are not medical treatment and that massage may ease stress and some kinds of pain for a while.
