Facials are a core part of the menu. The Signature Facial is an hour long and includes double cleansing, steam, a facial massage and a hydrating rose mask. A hydro dermabrasion facial uses a hydrogen oxygen cleaning pen for pores and excess oil, and the collagen anti-aging options add a lifting massage and collagen mask, with one version combining both approaches. Body and back treatments, including a hydrating and brightening back treatment, a body spa with DoTERRA essential oil and a moxibustion warming treatment, are offered to women only. Add-ons such as hot stone, ampoule infusion, LED light therapy and an eye treatment can be added to a visit.

Scalp care is a large part of the offering. Head spa sessions run from 30 to 90 minutes, with some built around essential oil aromatherapy and others including a hair wash, scalp hydrotherapy and a blow dry. A 75-minute luxury head spa adds a hair mask with Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. The 90-minute deluxe hair and scalp treatment combines hydration masks, Olaplex products and microcurrent red light therapy, and a 90-minute scalp anti-aging treatment adds an anti-aging scalp serum and LED red light therapy.

Nail services include a single color manicure and several Japanese style gel manicures, including cat eye finishes and a package with a hand care treatment. Eyelash extensions are attached to natural lashes one at a time with medical-grade adhesive. Styles range from real mink full sets to 9D super volume, mega volume and hybrid wispy looks, with several other styles also available. Pampering packages bundle a facial, head spa, massage or body spa at set prices, and a weekday happy hour offers a 75-minute facial and head spa from 10 am to 5 pm.

Booking terms are clear. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $20 fee applies when they do not. Calls that run less than ten minutes late are accepted if the salon is called ahead, but appointments more than 15 minutes late are canceled and the $20 deposit is not returned. A 50% deposit is required for future bookings after a no-show or late cancellation. Groupon vouchers are accepted for new customers only, on weekdays, with two people at a time, and Groupon nail services are limited to Mondays and Tuesdays. Services are not offered to pregnant clients. Products are sold for store pickup only and cannot be returned. Gift cards start at $25 as eGift cards, are not refundable and expire six months after purchase.

Facial and scalp services combine massage and cleansing with device-based steps and essential oils, and several packages pair two services into one visit.
