The nail menu covers gel manicures in single colors and designs, Gel-X extensions with full cover tips, UV gel extensions with half tips, gel refills, hard gel overlay sculpting for soft or thin natural nails, nail repairs for cracked nails, and a men's manicure with a hot towel massage. Nail art can be finished with charms, pearls and rhinestones, which are added on top of a base service. Pedicures range from a regular version with one or two gel color toe art designs to a lemon version using lemon mud and real lemons, and a luxurious version with a spa kit and a hot stone massage. The lash menu includes Japanese style eyelash extensions, lower-lash extensions, added volume, removal and refills.
Prices are not final and depend on the design, so complicated designs are discussed by text before booking, and clients are asked to send their desired design before the appointment. After booking, the studio confirms by text and may run behind schedule, notifying clients in advance. Appointments are held for 15 minutes after the start time. Listed prices do not include gratuities. Street parking is free for up to two or three hours around the studio, and a paid lot on Spring Garden St is a short walk away. eGift cards are available in set amounts or a custom amount.
The studio works with products from Japan, China and South Korea and asks clients to speak up during a service so adjustments can be made. Technicians follow professional standards and will discuss options if a technician changes.
