O Lashes operates as a studio within The Lash Room in downtown Bothell. Owner and lash artist Olivia Berry runs the studio, which sits as the first unit on the right at the end of the hallway after entering from Main Street. Free parking is available in a lot behind the building, reached from NE 183rd Street, and there is a bathroom clients can use to cleanse their lashes before an appointment.

Eyelash extensions are synthetic lashes attached one by one to natural lashes to add length, curl, ffullness and thickness. Fills are suggested every two to three weeks, with the first fill after a full set recommended at about two weeks. A full set is required if a fill is booked more than four weeks after the last visit, or if less than half the extensions remain. Clients who already have lashes from another artist need a removal and a full set before booking a fill. Extension removal uses a gel and takes about 15 minutes.

For clients wanting curl without extensions, a lash lift lasts six to eight weeks and uses Latisse. Lash tint comes in light brown, medium brown and black. Lash lift clients should arrive with no eye makeup, stop using waterproof mascara at least two days beforehand, and remove contacts; lashes should stay dry and untreated for 24 hours afterward. Brow services include brow lamination, brow tint, brow lamination with tint, and brow and lip waxing. Patch tests are complimentary for extensions, lash lift or tint, and brow tint, with results taking 24 to 48 hours to show whether a reaction occurs.

Appointments are booked online through Square, where clients can also cancel, reschedule and rebook. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice; within 24 to 48 hours the charge is 50 percent of the service, and within 24 hours or for a no-show the charge is the full appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. Clients must be 18 or older, refunds are not offered, and all sales are final. Card, check, cash and Venmo are accepted. Gift certificates can be bought online or as a printed copy picked up or mailed.
