O.G. Nails by Olga is led by nail specialist Olga Glavatcaia, who began her nail career in 2017. She spent eight years building her skills and serving clients in Washington State before opening the Charlotte studio.

Services are performed one-on-one, and appointments are unhurried, leaving time to talk through shape, length and colour. Manicures and pedicures are done dry, using an e-file and fine tools rather than soaking the hands or feet in water. Nail health comes first, and strengthening options are offered to help reduce breakage.

Pedicures use Gehwol professional foot and hand care, made in Germany, and the Hand Spa Treatment uses the same line. Gel systems come from Akzentz and gel polish from Luxio. The studio states that it placed third at the NailPro World Cup 2020 and describes itself as award-winning.

The salon puts nail health first. Manicures and pedicures are carried out dry, using an electric file and fine instruments, and strengthening treatments are available for nails prone to breaking. Gel polish goes on only where the client's own nail is in sound condition; if it isn't, the team recommends a strengthening or hygiene-focused service instead.
