Every full lash set begins with a personal consultation and custom mapping. The studio maps each set to eye shape, the health of the client's natural lashes and personal style. Natural lashes are assessed first, and a set is not applied if the natural lashes cannot safely support it. Lash weight is matched to the natural lashes, and isolation is used for precise placement.

The menu covers several groups: lash extensions in a range of styles from natural classic to mega volume, with bottom lashes and removal; keratin lash lifts, brow shaping, tinting, lamination and threading; permanent makeup for brows, eyeliner and lips; and waxing and piercing. A New Customer Experience offer is also listed. Clients who are unsure which service to choose can book the closest option, and the studio confirms the best fit during consultation.
