Policies are firm on timing. Cancellations need 24 hours of notice; otherwise the full appointment amount is charged and must be paid before the next visit. No-shows are charged, and late arrivals may have sessions shortened while the full session is still charged. Gift certificates are available for Healing Touch and the Enlightenment Facial. The business is a member of Associated Skin Care Professionals and has newly added Jet Plasma treatments, used together with NeoGenesis products.
