The skincare formulas were developed by Ted Keller, R.Ph., DNM, a pharmacist who founded Vital Therapy in Colorado. Cindy has used Vital Therapy products in her treatment room and on her own skin for more than 20 years. The business says its products are pharmacist formulated and esthetician curated, that each contains only ingredients chosen for a specific purpose with no fillers, and that they are free of parabens and sulfates and not tested on animals. It describes the products as non-toxic and chirally correct, a claim it explains in terms of the molecular form skin is said to recognize.

Visits start with an option that suits the client's goals. A Skincare Consultation is a 20-minute session for $45, tailored to individual skin concerns and used to choose products and a routine. The European Facial starts at $115 and runs 90 minutes. The Nurtured Soul Signature Facial is $225 for 120 minutes and includes intention setting, an optional oracle card reading, chakra stones, dermaplaning, a customized mask, LED light therapy, serums selected for the client's skin, and massage of the face, neck, shoulders and feet. The Nurtured Soul Frequency Ritual is $249 for 90 minutes and combines tuning fork vibrations on facial acupressure points, crystal wand massage, LED light therapy and a foot massage.

Appointments are booked online through the Cindy Kochis page on GlossGenius. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 7 PM and closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Clients can send skin questions through the website form, and Cindy replies personally, typically within one to two business days. Shipping, returns and refunds, and privacy policies are published on the website.
