Permanent makeup starts with a consultation about the look a client wants, their skin type, and their concerns, and injectable sessions begin with a personalized consultation as well. Steam time and temperature are changed for clients with sensitive or reactive skin.

Permanent makeup services include microblading, shading and powder brows, lip blush, eyeliner, and lips, along with corrections for earlier permanent makeup work. Microblading uses a handheld tool with ultra-fine needles to create hair-like strokes; the process moves from consultation to brow mapping with pencil and thread, then pigment application. Local anesthetic can be used, and topical numbing cream is also used to ease discomfort. Pigment fades over time, so touch-ups are needed to keep the look, and the site notes microblading touch-ups may be needed every 12 to 18 months.

Injectables include Botox, Jeuveau, Skinvive by Juvéderm, hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers, and Cellenis PRP, which uses a sample of the client's own blood to concentrate growth factors. Botox and Jeuveau are used for forehead lines, glabellar lines and crow's feet, and Botox is also approved for treating platysma bands in the neck. Results from Botox and Jeuveau develop over a few days and usually last three to four months, while dermal filler results last from six months to two years depending on the product and area.

Hair restoration centers on DE|RIVE, a plant-based exosome serum applied to the scalp, and can be used alone or paired with microneedling or PRP. In-office sessions use an ultrasound probe to distribute the serum. Results are described as gradual, with changes expected over six to twelve months of consistent use, and a home system includes RE|PAIR and pump bottles for morning and evening use.
