The studio's approach draws on South Korean skin-first ideas, with a focus on repairing the skin barrier, keeping skin hydrated and supporting long-term skin health rather than stripping or harsh peeling. The studio serves clients from Fishers, Carmel, Noblesville, Geist, Castleton and the wider Indianapolis area.

The studio is private and one-on-one, with no shared spa floor. Every visit starts with a consultation before any treatment, where Erin asks about the skin, what has been used on it and the client's goals. Treatments are customized during the appointment, and sensitivities, allergies and conditions such as rosacea or eczema are planned around. Visits end with personalized home care guidance and no hard sales pitch, and products are never required.

Hydrafacial is performed in a suite at Thrive Health, a separate aesthetics and wellness medical spa in the same building, using Thrive Health's equipment. Erin is Hydrafacial-trained and offers all three tiers, with boosters, suction and extractions adjusted to each client's skin. The studio describes its Celluma LED light therapy as FDA-cleared and clinically proven, and its dermaplaning uses a sterile surgical blade to remove dead surface skin cells and fine vellus hair.

Waxing is done one-on-one using Nufree, a botanical formula that the studio says grips the hair rather than the skin and causes less irritation than traditional wax. Clients are asked to leave hair about the length of a grain of rice and most rebook every four to six weeks. Teens are welcome for age-appropriate acne care and skin education, with a parent or guardian completing consent.

Booking is done online through GlossGenius, where a card on file holds the appointment and any deposit, and the full service is not charged upfront. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice carry a late fee. Gift cards in set amounts or a custom amount are available, and the studio does not allow sales of gift cards to be refunded.
