Erin Heffern

Erin Heffern is the founder of Nurtured Skin and a licensed esthetician who has been licensed since 2016, the year she began her esthetics career. She worked as a teacher before moving into skincare, and she taught while living in South Korea.

Her work centers on healthy aging, acne, corrective skincare and tailored treatment plans. She provides Hydrafacial treatments in all three tiers as a Hydrafacial-trained independent provider, using equipment from Thrive Health in that practice's suite, and she also works with microneedling and acne treatment. She is pursuing further advanced training and pairs advanced technology and evidence-based methods with tailored home care.

She asks clients about their skin, what they have been using and their goals before touching the skin, and she gives them a realistic picture of how many microneedling sessions they may need. First visits open with a skin consultation, and appointments close with home care guidance, with no hard sell.
