The signature facial is the NŪR 12-Step Hi-Tech Facial, a 60 to 75 minute session that moves through twelve steps: cleansing, extractions, microdermabrasion, enzymes, hyperbaric oxygen, a retinol mask, gua sha and LED light therapy. The business says the way these technologies are layered is unique and takes strategy and training. It is generally recommended every two weeks for six treatments, then monthly. Mild flaking or peeling may appear for two to three days, beginning about 48 hours after the visit. A single session costs $315, or $1,500 for a series of six.
For a lighter option, the Glow + Go Facial takes 45 minutes, involves no downtime and can be repeated as often as weekly. It uses a low-percentage AHA/BHA solution, extractions limited to the T-zone, enzymes, a hydrafacial serum infusion, hyperbaric oxygen with human stem cells, gua sha and LED light therapy. It does not include peels or extractions outside the T-zone and is not recommended for active work on hyperpigmentation, acne, or texture and tone. It costs $250 per visit, or $1,200 for six.
Body services include the Full Body Treatment, a 90 minute visit with 30 minutes of body work on the arms, legs, chest and back using a lactic or glycolic acid peel, followed by a 60 minute 12-Step Hi-Tech Facial. The back treatment can stand in for the leg treatment. The Exfoliating Back Treatment is 45 minutes and uses a medium-strength AHA/BHA peel, microdermabrasion, extractions, oxygen and peptide infusion; clients are asked to avoid showering for four to six hours afterward, avoid harsh scrubbing for a week and cover the area outdoors for a week. Cupping with gua sha is a 30 minute session using traditional dry cupping across the back.
Microneedling runs 60 to 75 minutes, with a double sonic AHA/BHA cleanse, a topical numbing mask, stem cell microneedling, oxygen and LED light therapy. It is suggested for aging, acne pit scars and preventative aging, and may cause two to three days of mild to moderate redness, dryness and tightness. Hands and chest can be added for $150 and $200. Nanoneedling is a 60 minute lighter alternative, offered to clients who cannot have microneedling or numbing agents or who prefer less downtime, with about 24 hours of mild to moderate redness. Membership plans are year-long maintenance programs in five levels, named Jasmine, Lotus, Hibiscus, Lilac and Daisy. They are paid by monthly auto-debit, with a $99 enrollment fee, or paid in full, and include 20% off single services and products for the year. Memberships are non-transferable and do not allow substitutions.
