Booking is handled online through the salon's GlossGenius page. Appointments cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled time carry a 20% cancellation fee. Gift cards come in $100, $150, $200 and $250 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 10 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday 12 PM to 4 PM; the studio is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
