About

California Eye & Face focuses only on procedures of the eyes and face, covering cosmetic, reconstructive and non-surgical care. The practice describes itself as a leading provider of oculofacial surgery in the Central Valley, and it sees patients from across the San Joaquin Central Valley at its Fresno office.

The surgical side includes eyelid surgery for drooping or sagging upper lids, under-eye bags, puffiness and excess skin, including laser-assisted blepharoplasty. Brow lifts, an endoscopic forehead lift, mid face lifts and cosmetic lip procedures are also offered, along with complex post-traumatic facial reconstruction, orbital tumor and fracture care, thyroid eye disease, blepharospasm, tear duct surgery, ocular prosthetics and removal of eyelid lumps and skin lesions. For eyelid surgery, incisions are usually placed in natural creases or other discreet areas when possible, and the plan comes from a personal consultation that considers facial anatomy and the patient's goals. Some patients may see improved vision when sagging upper lid skin blocks part of their visual field. Patients are asked to wait until the practice clears them before wearing eye makeup after surgery.

Non-surgical treatments are planned around each patient's goals and skin type, and they can be customized and combined. Neurotoxin injections are offered with Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Jeuveau, which the practice describes as FDA-approved, and they are used for frown lines, forehead lines, crow's feet, bunny lines, downturned mouth corners, chin dimpling and neck bands. Each treatment is done in the office in about 15 to 30 minutes with no anesthesia. Results typically begin within three to seven days, reach full effect at about two weeks and last three to four months. Filler options include Restylane, Juvederm, Sculptra, Radiesse and Belotero, and Kybella is offered for submental fullness. Light and laser options include IPL, CO2 laser skin resurfacing, Celluma Light Therapy and Morpheus8, while microneedling uses mechanical and radiofrequency technology to stimulate collagen. PRP therapy uses the patient's own growth factors to support skin and hair. Other offerings include Hydrafacial for deep cleansing and hydration, microdermabrasion for exfoliation, eyebrow shaping and waxing.

Peels include the VI Peel and the ZO 3-Step Peel. The VI Peel is a medium-depth, medical-grade treatment containing trichloroacetic acid, retinoic acid, salicylic acid and vitamin C, and it is performed under the medical direction of Dr. Atif Collins. It can be applied to the face, neck, chest and backs of the hands, takes under 30 minutes without anesthesia, and typically causes peeling that starts around day two or three and lasts three to five days. The practice says the VI Peel is safe for all skin tones and types. Skincare lines from Alastin, Neocutis and ZO Skin Health are carried alongside treatments, and skincare consultations lead to customized plans. The website includes a before and after gallery. Staff describe their approach as thoughtful and patient-first rather than high-pressure. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and the office is closed on weekends. The phone number is (559) 449-5054. The website contact form is for non-medical questions and correspondence only.

Focuses on eyelid, brow, facial and orbital procedures alongside non-surgical treatments, with plans built around each patient and a thoughtful, patient-first pace rather than high-pressure selling.
