Every appointment begins with a consultation. Haircuts include a shampoo, cut and blowout for women, while men's cuts include a consultation, shampoo, precision cut and styled finish. A typical women's haircut takes 45 to 60 minutes and a men's cut 30 to 45 minutes, and appointments with Gabriel Abrams may run a little longer. Color consultations are complimentary and give exact quotes. Clients can request a specific stylist when booking online or by phone, and can ask for a second or third appointment time in the same booking. Prices vary by stylist level, so staff can help match a stylist to a budget.

Color is handled by dedicated colorists, with ammonia-free options and a range of techniques from glazes and face frame highlights to balayage and ombre. Keratin smoothing treatments are offered in several forms, including formaldehyde-free versions, and each one begins with a stylist consultation to confirm the right formula for the hair. Boosters can be added to any service to strengthen, repair and add shine.

Appointments are confirmed by the salon by phone or email. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are generally charged the full service cost, and cancellations within 48 hours are charged half. Payment is taken at the front desk at the end of the visit by cash, check, Mastercard or Visa, and an ATM is on site. Gratuities cannot be added to credit card charges or gift certificates. Late arrivals may have appointments shortened or moved to keep the schedule fair for the next guest. Clients who are not fully satisfied are asked to tell management so the issue can be addressed.
