Sugaring is the core of the studio. The paste is made from sugar, lemon juice and water and is warmed to body temperature before it is applied. Services run from small face areas such as nostrils, ears and upper lip to full arms, full legs and full back. Some areas are priced differently for female and male clients, including the butt strip, full butt and Brazilian-style services. Bikini sides is available, and disposable pants are offered for clients who would rather be more covered during that service. Unlimited Brazilian and Manzilian memberships are billed monthly with no yearly contract, and four-session packages are also offered.
Facials are tailored to each client's skin, using products selected for their skin type. Options include a signature facial, a teen facial, a calming facial, a rosacea facial, a clear skin facial, an anti-aging facial, a 30-minute express facial, and several device-based treatments such as microcurrent, nano, HydroGlow and oxygen. Glycolic, lactic and salicylic peels are one-hour services. LED sessions use a 640nm red and 423nm blue wavelength and are offered singly or as an unlimited monthly membership.
Eyelash and eyebrow services include tinting, eyelash lifts with tinting, and eyebrow lamination. Booking is by appointment only and is made online in advance, or by calling or texting the studio. Late cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice may be charged 30% of the scheduled fee, and no-shows without notice are charged 50%. Arriving late can lead to rescheduling, with the cut-off depending on service length. Refunds are generally not issued, though service credits are given when a repeat cancelled service results from a provider error. The studio has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment and abusive behavior, and does not perform sessions on clients who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Client information is shared only with explicit consent or when required by law, and professional liability insurance is maintained.
Treatments are customized to each client's skin, and the appointment chosen is the one that best addresses the main skin concern.
