Weight loss care uses once-weekly semaglutide or tirzepatide injections under medical supervision, with plans lasting 1 to 12 weeks depending on the individual. Treatment begins with a complimentary consultation that reviews health history, current medications and goals, and a full risk review happens at that visit because the medications are not appropriate for everyone. Commonly listed side effects include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation and headache.
