Event decor and fruit services are booked Monday through Saturday and on Sundays based on availability. Orders need two weeks advance notice and a deposit, which is deducted from the balance and is nonrefundable. Sunday and holiday events carry an extra $50 charge, and a travel fee applies outside 10 miles, calculated by mileage to the event location. King and queen chair rentals require a $75 holding fee that is refunded once the piece comes back in the same condition it was delivered.

Hair appointments have a 15-minute grace period, after which a $5 late fee applies, and clients more than 30 minutes late may need to reschedule. A 24-hour cancellation notice is requested; cancellations without it carry a $25 fee due before rebooking. Children under 10 are not allowed unless they are being serviced. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AmEx are accepted. Gift certificates and group packages are available, and educational classes can be arranged on request.
