Head spa is the core of the menu. Sessions range from a 50-minute service without steaming, to steamed scalp relaxation sessions of 60 or 90 minutes, to longer facial and scalp combinations and a hot oil scalp spa. Head spa help sessions of 90 or 120 minutes target scalp concerns, and the 120-minute version includes take-home shampoo and a scalp mask. Pricing depends on hair length, from up to the armpits to waist length. Clients don't need a clean scalp beforehand, but heavy jewelry should come off and hair extensions should be left out during the service.

Facials include a 60-minute hydrating facial, a dermaplaning facial, and an acne repair facial, along with a 90-minute signature facial that combines deep cleansing, an enzyme treatment, diamond dermabrasion, dermaplaning, radio frequency, red light therapy and finishing products. Procell Micro-Channeling and microneedling are offered for skin tone, pigmentation and texture. The business says some clients see results in as few as three sessions while others need more. Facial treatments include a free consultation by phone or in person.

Brow and lash services include brow lamination, brow tint, a Korean lash lift and a lash tint, each available alone or combined. Brow lamination and tint takes about 45 to 60 minutes with no downtime, and results last roughly four to six weeks. The lash lift and tint takes about 75 to 90 minutes with no downtime, and results last roughly six to eight weeks. Lash extensions need to be removed at least four weeks before a lash lift.

Semi-permanent makeup covers micro-blading, ombre brow shading, upper and lower eyeliner, and lip blush. Most of these are a two-session process and may need more sessions depending on skin type and daily activities. First-time clients are advised to book a consultation before a service. Clients whose previous semi-permanent makeup was done by another artist, or whose work is more than three years old, are booked as a new service rather than a touch-up.

Japanese head spa training for beauty professionals combines Southeast and East Asian-inspired techniques with Western scalp-care education. The training is certificate-based and is not cosmetology licensure hours, medical credit or CE credit, and it doesn't expand an attendee's existing scope of practice.
