Treatments are customized to each client's skin type, and sensitivities are discussed at a consultation before the first treatment. During the appointment the esthetician assesses the skin in person and adjusts the treatment as she goes. The studio recommends a facial every 4 to 6 weeks, and microdermabrasion every 3 to 4 weeks according to its FAQ.

The facial menu runs from a 35-minute Peach Fuzz Exfoliation and a 30-minute LED Light Therapy session to a 60-minute Oxygen Facial with enzyme exfoliation and a three-step O2 blend, and a multi-step HydraWorks Facial that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts impurities and infuses serums, available at 60 or 90 minutes. Acne and teen facials, a back treatment and custom facials round out the list.

Booking is available online or by phone and text. A 25% deposit confirms an appointment, with the balance paid at the visit. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations may forfeit the deposit.

The studio also sells a curated set of skincare products that the estheticians recommend for use at home between visits, all free of animal testing and parabens, with vegan options where possible.

Each client is treated as an individual, with treatments adjusted to their skin type and sensitivities, and the studio focuses on teaching clients why each product and step is used.
