Michael Graham Salon & Spa is located on Showplace Drive in South Naperville and has been serving Naperville for more than 20 years. On the hair side, the salon offers designer cuts and styles for children, students, men and women, along with color work that runs from root retouches and double process color through partial and full highlights to balayage. Blowouts, formal styles and updos, texture perms and a Brazilian Blowout are also available, and extensions are installed with the fusion method and customized to each client. Color consultations and Designer Cuts consultations are complimentary, as are bang trims and neck shaves. Color services do not include a blowdry, and a $25 blowdry fee applies unless a haircut is booked after color.

For skin and body, facials are built for each client by estheticians. Express, full and comprehensive customized facials are offered, and a glycolic peel or microdermabrasion can be added to any of them. Microdermabrasion uses the DiamondSkin crystal-free system, with an oxygen infusion option on the face and neck and an oxymicrodermabrasion treatment for longer sessions. A Moroccan oil body treatment pairs a body buff with a hydrating step. Relaxation, deep tissue and maternity massages are offered, and waxing is done with the Soft Sense system, which the salon describes as suitable for sensitive skin and fine hair. Nail services include manicures, pedicures, shellac, gel and acrylic enhancements, and nail repair.

The salon also handles weddings and events. It offers bridal makeup, bridal updos and bridal practice updos, a special events coordinator to help plan beauty choices for weddings and parties, and spa parties. Bridal updos and extensions are priced by the stylist.

Booking is available online, and gift certificates can be bought online or in the salon and used for any service. Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early to fill out paperwork and to mention any prescription medications or medical conditions to their service provider. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and spa party changes or cancellations need one week's notice to avoid a 100% service fee. The spa area is reserved for adults and does not allow cell phones, and children under 18 are allowed in the spa only while receiving services. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice, and makeup and nail pricing may vary with the provider's experience.
