Courtney Cordeiro, a licensed cosmetologist, founded the salon in 2021 and owns it. The business moved to its current address on North Main Street in Fall River and offers services across lashes, brows, facials, waxing, nails and body treatments.

The salon describes itself as created to be inclusive and inviting, with an environment meant to feel safe, relaxed and welcoming. Staff aim to give each client attentive service and to build a relationship with them over time.

Facials are a central part of the menu. The Signature Facial takes about an hour and includes a skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extraction and a face and neck massage. The Acne Facial, also about an hour, uses skin care aimed at acne along with high frequency. The LED Facial, about 1 hour 15 minutes, pairs the signature treatment with LED light therapy and a mask. For a shorter visit there is the 30-minute Express Facial, which includes a skin analysis, double cleanse and mask, and the LED Nap, a quick cleanse with LED light and moisturizer. The Lad Facial is designed for thicker, tougher skin and includes extractions, an enzyme treatment, a mask, neck and shoulder massage, and a beard scrub and oil where applicable. A facial consultation is offered at no charge and lasts 30 minutes, for talking through skin concerns before booking. Clients should expect that visible results come largely from home care, which the salon says accounts for most of the improvement, with facials contributing the rest.

Lash services include classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume full sets, with fills priced by style and interval, starting at $45 for a classic 1-week fill. Lash lifts, lash tinting and lash lift and tint combinations are also offered, along with color lashes and extension removal. Brow services include waxing, tinting, shaping, a wax and tint combination and eyebrow lamination. Body treatments include a Booty Facial, a Back Facial and a Vajacial, which covers the bikini area and includes a full Brazilian wax.

Booking details are worth reading before a visit. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late changes carry a fee of 30% of the booked services. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may not be served. Lash and nail artists do not fill over another artist's work, so new clients begin with a removal and a new set. Facials should be booked at least 48 hours before an important event, and clients are asked to wait at least two weeks after recent injectables such as Botox or filler. Children are welcome when supervised by an adult who is not receiving a service.
