Before any treatment, each new client meets one-on-one with a provider for a complimentary 30-minute consultation to build a plan. Intake starts with emailed forms covering lifestyle, medical history and current skin routine, which new patients should complete before arriving. For skin concerns, the visit includes a visual and magnifying-lamp skin analysis, complimentary skin analysis photos, a talk about skin history and goals, and an emailed summary with a written skincare plan. Pricing for treatments, injectables and skincare is given at that consultation.

Appointments can be booked online at any hour through the website or through Vagaro, which also runs a waitlist for first openings and cancellations. A credit card is needed to book, but it is charged only for a late cancellation or a missed appointment, which carries a $50 fee. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early, and there is a fifteen-minute grace window for lateness. Facial clients are asked to come without makeup when possible. Cash, major credit cards and CareCredit financing are accepted, but checks are not taken at the time of service. Insurance does not cover cosmetic work, and the business cannot provide insurance coverage. Gift cards are sold online and at the lab and are non-refundable.

The Skin Lab combines skincare technology, customized treatment plans and medical-grade products across peels, microchanneling, oxygen and hydration facials, and dermalinfusion. The Laser Lab builds personalized plans for treatments that are usually done as a series spaced several weeks apart. The Injectables Lab aims for soft, balanced enhancement rather than overdone results. Body Lab pricing varies because treatments often combine several techniques, machines and therapies.

The Weightloss Lab offers wellness and weight management support built around four phases: Foundation, Momentum, Transformation and Maintenance. For the GLP-1 program, treatment starts at a carefully selected dose during the first few weeks, and the provider monitors progress and adjusts as needed. Every wellness plan is customized to the individual, and wellness treatments can be combined with aesthetic services.

Each lab tailors its work to the person: the Skin Lab pairs skincare technology with customized plans, the Laser Lab designs personalized laser plans, and the Brow + Lash Lab matches shapes to face shape, eye shape and goals. A consultation with a provider comes before any treatment.
