Each visit starts with the studio learning a client's goals and skin type. Specialized treatments are offered for acne-prone, aging, dry, sensitive and hormonally imbalanced skin. Facials use enzymes such as pumpkin, papaya and tomato, along with lactic, glycolic and salicylic acids, to exfoliate or hydrate. Some treatments may include cold therapy and pure oxygen, which the studio says help calm and rebuild skin.

Signature options include the Nourish facial, a one-hour custom facial with a peel and an oxygen treatment, and the Ultra Nourish, a 1.5-hour visit that adds whole body exfoliation and a hydration body wrap. Microcurrent treatments are offered to lift, hydrate and help infuse collagen. The teen treatment focuses on acne with added education for younger clients. Appointments are preferred but not always required, and most procedures are booked several weeks ahead. Clients who use Botox should allow two weeks before a microcurrent treatment, and body waxing is best scheduled once hair has grown 1.5 to 2 weeks. Facial clients who arrive 20 or more minutes late are treated as no-shows and charged the full fee. Cancellations with 24 hours notice avoid a charge of half the treatment price, while same-day cancellations and missed appointments are charged in full. Checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted, and gift cards are sold. Children, babies and pets are asked to stay home, and phones should be set aside during treatments. Gratuity is optional and is not included in any service.

Each client receives a custom program designed after the studio learns their skin care goals and their skin, with the aim of steady, visible improvement through regular care.
